My name is Tatyana Shishkina, and I am a bilingual Real Estate Broker and Realtor based near Lake Norman in Cornelius, North Carolina, just outside of Charlotte. Known for being trustworthy, dedicated, and hardworking, I bring international experience from working in various countries with people of all ages, nationalities, and backgrounds.

I hold university degrees in economics and teaching, and I believe continuous education is essential for professional growth and development. My career has always been about assisting others, and I find great fulfillment in helping people with one of the most important decisions of their lives—finding a home that brings them happiness.

Outside of work, I love spending time with my family and friends, and my dog. I enjoy traveling, exploring new cultures, mountain skiing, and cycling. Nature, especially the lake and mountains, is where I find peace and restoration. I’m also deeply interested in astrology and psychology, always seeking to learn and understand more about the world and people around me.
